LSG performed business analysis services for Chesapeake’s Lease Activity Management system initiative. LSG assisted the Land Management division in evaluating the commercially available “Lease Management” software and exploring the option of a custom. This service is LSG’s “Buy vs. Build” evaluation. LSG strongly believes in evaluating all options when implementing software solutions.
LSG also provided client server development for the technical infrastructure/system architecture and business software for their existing Lease Activity Management system and for future Microsoft .Net projects. A security interface was developed in Winforms technology. This server-side middleware framework and front-end was commonly referred to as their “shell”. Development standards and documentation support was provided to developers. The database server development was SQL Server database objects including server-side stored procedures.
